The beds were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom and fixtures worked well and were clean. Overall the whole place was well maintained and welcoming. I would certainly visit again if in that area!
This is my second stay here, Karina, the manager made me feel like I was special. The rooms are inviting and comfortable, clean and modern. If you travel to the Madison area do yourself a favor and go 10 min out of your way to stay here!!
My room was great but the small lumpy pillows all places are going along with a hard mattress not comfy. I loved how friendly the front desk gals were. Loved their pool and hot tube that has a indoor and a outdoor part. Their breakfast buffet had the best eggs I've ever had in a hotel. I witnessed staff working on the grounds. Glad we stayed here.
After several weeks of traveling around the USA, this was our fourth weekend checking into a hotel. All previous experiences regarding noise and inconsiderate hotel partygoers ranged from awful to horrible, so we arrived at this hotel quite disillusioned. As expected, the hotel was clearly fully booked, leaving us with no hope of any real sleep. What followed left us speechless: Absolutely nothing. Apart from the occasional slamming of doors, we heard virtually nothing from other guests. Despite it being a Saturday night and the hotel being full. Either that was pure coincidence, or Sleep Inn is truly the only hotel that understands that the people staying there simply want peace and quiet. Based on this experience, Sleep Inn immediately jumped to number 1 in our internal ranking, ahead of Home2 Suites and Holiday Inn Express. Not least because it was also one of the most affordable hotels. We will definitely stay at Sleep Inns more often on our next trip.
We stayed here for a wedding. I thought it was inconvenient that the only way to get the block rate was to call to make your reservation, I never had time to do that. We didn't have time to use the amenities such as pool and gym. Breakfast was delicious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. In our shower, there was black mold in the caulking along the bottom edge of the wall.
This is a wonderful hotel for families. Nice safe location, great pool area with an indoor hot tub. The pool was packed & overtaken by older children so it was hard to enjoy it . This was later in day but no one was swimming in am. Great breakfast also for families. Everything is clean except the carpeting could use a good cleaning . Our weekend rate was high, but understand why it’s so busy
We were so pleased with our stay here over the weekend and the service was fabulous . We had Housekeeping come in and clean our room and added more towels. We will be staying at more sleep inn when we go places.
Staff was awesome came down for basketball game and they opened a room for the team to enjoy pizza and the pool. Rooms were very clean and comfortable
